§ 40-252g — Same; expiration of act

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 2 GENERAL PROVISIONS
The provisions of this act shall expire on July 1, 2012, provided that any credits earned under this act prior to such date but unused as of such date may continue to be used until exhausted.
