Text
If any insurance company organized under the laws of this state shall not commence to issue policies within two years from the granting of its charter, its corporate powers shall thereby expire and the district court of the county in which the home office of such company is located may, upon petition of the commissioner of insurance, or of any person interested, proceed to wind up its affairs.
