§ 40-2308 — Rules and regulations

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 23 OLD-AGE AND SURVIVORS INSURANCE FOR PUBLIC EMPLOYEES
The state agency may adopt, publish, and file in the office of the secretary of state as provided by law, such rules and regulations, not inconsistent with the provisions of this act, as it finds necessary or appropriate to the efficient administration of the functions with which it is charged under this act.
