§ 40-22a11 — Same; rules and regulations

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 22a UTILIZATION REVIEW
The commissioner shall adopt necessary rules and regulations, not inconsistent with this act, for implementing the provisions of this act.
