§ 40-223g — Same; payments from revolving fund

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 2 GENERAL PROVISIONS

At such monthly intervals as he deems necessary and subject to the limitations applicable to this act, the commissioner shall certify the amount of enrollment fees, compensation and expense reimbursement due on a voucher to the director of accounts and reports for payment of such amount. Upon receipt of such voucher, properly executed, the director of accounts and reports shall issue his warrant to the state treasurer for the payment out of the revolving fund provided for by this act.
