§ 40-2237 — Same; change of ownership or management of provider or home

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 22 UNIFORM POLICY PROVISIONS
If there is a change of ownership, or management of the provider or home, the new owners must file all required documents of this act within 90 days of change.
