Text
Any person who advertises, sells, transacts or administers coverage in this state described in K.S.A. 40-2222, shall, if that coverage is not fully insured by an insurer authorized to transact insurance business in this state, advise any purchaser, prospective purchaser and covered person of such lack of insurance or other coverage.
