§ 40-215 — Duration of licenses and certificates

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 2 GENERAL PROVISIONS
All certificates and licenses granted under this code shall continue in force until suspended, revoked, or otherwise terminated by the commissioner of insurance.
