The commissioner shall submit annually to the joint committee on health care decisions for the 90's the financial report of the plan, the number of individuals covered and the specific coverage of the plan. The report shall compare the provider reimbursement rates to those of medicaid and medicare, and include the number of participating providers and their locations and other information as the joint committee shall request.
