§ 40-2110 — Same; payment of commissions

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 21 MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
An insurer participating in the plan approved by the commissioner may pay a commission with respect to insurance assigned under the plan to an agent licensed for any other insurer participating in the plan or to any insurer participating in the plan.
