§ 40-2107 — Same; definitions

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 21 MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
For the purpose of this act the word "members" shall be construed to include policyholders of a mutual life insurance company and the words "membership records" shall be construed to include policyholder records of a mutual life insurance company.
