§ 40-205e — Penalty

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 2 GENERAL PROVISIONS
The punishment for failure of a person to have a license as required by this act shall be a fine of not to exceed $500, or imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed six months, or both.
