§ 40-205d — Appeal of commission's decision

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 2 GENERAL PROVISIONS
Any person aggrieved by the commission's decision shall have the right to appeal the decision in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas judicial review act.
