§ 40-2,228 — Enforcement by commissioner of insurance

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 2 GENERAL PROVISIONS
Any violation of K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 40-2,225 through 40-2,227, and amendments thereto, shall be subject to enforcement by the commissioner of insurance.
