§ 40-2,210 — Kansas telemedicine act; citation
(a)K.S.A. 40-2,210 through 40-2,216, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the Kansas telemedicine act.
(b)This section shall take effect on and after January 1, 2019.
