§ 40-2,128 — Same; rules and regulations

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 2 GENERAL PROVISIONS
The commissioner of insurance is hereby authorized to adopt such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this act.
