§ 40-2,127 — Same; application to multiple payments

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 2 GENERAL PROVISIONS
For purposes of this act, if a claimant agrees to accept other than a lump sum payment, the interest payable as provided by K.S.A. 40-2,126 shall apply separately with respect to each payment.
