Kan. Stat. Ann. § 40-2,108 (2026).
Text
The commissioner shall promulgate such rules and regulations as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act. Violations of this act shall be violations of the unfair trade practices act, K.S.A. 40-2407 and 40-2411. This act shall not apply if the commissioner determines nonrenewal or policy limitation is necessary to preserve insurance company solvency or protect policyholders interests.
