§ 40-19a08 — Subscription charges

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 19a NONPROFIT DENTAL SERVICE CORPORATIONS
Such corporation shall maintain unearned subscription charges and other reserves upon the same basis as that required of domestic stock insurance companies transacting the same kind of insurance.
