§ 40-1602 — Execution of contracts by attorney-in-fact

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 16 RECIPROCAL OR INTERINSURANCE CONTRACTS
Reciprocal insurance contracts may be executed by an attorney-in-fact, duly authorized and acting for the subscribers of a reciprocal, and such attorney-in-fact may be a corporation. The office or offices of such attorney-in-fact may be maintained at such place or places as may be designated by the subscribers in the power of attorney.
