It shall be unlawful for any mutual hail insurance company organized under the laws of any other state to transact any business directly or indirectly in this state, and it shall be unlawful for any mutual hail insurance company organized under the laws of this state to reinsure its business with any mutual hail insurance company organized under the laws of any other state.
