§ 40-1208 — Reserves

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 12 MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANIES OTHER THAN LIFE
Such company shall have and maintain unearned premium and other reserves upon the same basis as that required of domestic stock insurance companies transacting the same kind of insurance.
