§ 40-1019 — Statement for annual meeting

Kansas·Ch. 40 INSURANCE·Art. 10 MUTUAL FIRE AND TORNADO COMPANIES
It shall be the duty of the president and secretary of each mutual company to prepare annually, under oath, a full, true and complete statement of the condition of said company on the thirty-first day of December, and present the same to the annual meeting immediately following.
