Text

(a)All federal moneys received pursuant to federal assistance, federal-aid funds and federal-aid grant reimbursements related to the wildlife fee fund, under the control, authorities and duties of the Kansas department of wildlife and parks shall be remitted to the state treasurer in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt of the remittance, the state treasurer shall deposit the entire amount in the state treasury and credit it to the sport fish restoration fund.
(b)No moneys derived from sources described in subsection (a) or (c) shall be used for any purpose other than the administration of matters that relate to purposes authorized under K.S.A. 32-990, and amendments thereto, and are under the control, authorities and duties of the secret
