§ 32-986 — Same; refunds for unsold issues
(a)Any agent who is appointed by a county clerk pursuant to K.S.A. 32-985 and who purchases from the county clerk any licenses, permits, stamps or other issues of the department in quantities of five or more for the purpose of resale may secure a refund for any unused issues by returning them to the county clerk from whom purchased at least 10 days before their expiration. Such refunds shall be paid from the moneys in the possession of the county treasurer received from the sale of such issues.
