§ 32-982 — Application; procedure
(a)Except as otherwise provided by law, any person may secure a license, permit, stamp or other issue of the department upon application to any county clerk in this state, to a person appointed pursuant to K.S.A. 32-985 or to the secretary or the secretary's designee and payment of the fee prescribed by law or pursuant to K.S.A. 32-988.
