Text
The owner or tenant having possession and control of a private water fishing impoundment and desiring to secure fish stock from the state of Kansas may make application to the department for fish for stocking. If the impoundment is stocked by the department, the owner or tenant waives all of the exemptions provided by K.S.A. 32-906, 32-941 and 32-974 and thereafter, for a period of 10 years, the impoundment and fishing privileges therein shall be subject to the licensing requirements and all other laws of the state and rules and regulations of the secretary relative to fishing in the state.
