§ 32-967 — Deer management to reduce property damage
The secretary shall identify local geographical areas in which deer populations are causing significant property damage. The secretary is hereby authorized and directed to take such actions as are necessary to reduce the deer populations in such areas for the purpose of reducing damage to private property.
