Text
The secretary of wildlife and parks and the secretary of transportation shall cooperate in developing a management plan to address reduction of motor vehicle accidents involving deer in those areas of the state experiencing high numbers of such accidents. The management plan shall include methods to identify those areas and methods to inform and communicate with landowners and tenants in those areas regarding measures to reduce local deer populations.
