Text
Any action of the secretary pursuant to K.S.A. 32-949, and amendments thereto, is subject to review in accordance with the Kansas judicial review act upon the petitioner's filing, with the clerk of the reviewing court, a bond with a sufficient surety, conditioned on the payment of all costs of the review if the decision of the secretary is sustained.
