§ 32-880 — Same; refunding revenue bonds authorized

Kansas·Ch. 32 WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION·Art. 8 DEPARTMENT OF WILDLIFE AND PARKS
The secretary may issue revenue bonds for the purpose of refunding revenue bonds issued under K.S.A. 32-876 through 32-885, pursuant to the terms and authority of K.S.A. 10-116a, and amendments thereto.
