§ 32-874e — Joint report to legislature
The secretary of wildlife and parks and the secretary of commerce shall present a joint report concerning negotiations, site selection, and status of the resort to the legislature, house committee on tourism, senate committee on transportation and tourism and to the governor during the 1999 legislative session.
