(a)On or before the 30 th calendar day of each regular legislative session, the secretary shall transmit to the state house of representatives, the state senate and the secretary of state copies of each license entered into with the United States army corps of engineers pursuant to the fish and wildlife coordination act since the 30 th day of the immediately preceding regular legislative session. The copies transmitted to the secretary of state shall be available for public inspection during regular business hours. At any time after the 30 th calendar day of the regular legislative session when a license is transmitted as provided in this section, the legislature may disapprove and revoke such license by adoption of a concurrent resolution so providing.
