Text
The Cane creek area within stage 1 of the Milford lake wetlands wildlife habitat restoration project, in Clay county, near the city of Wakefield, is hereby designated as the Steve Lloyd wetlands. The secretary of wildlife and parks shall cause placement of suitable signs and an observation deck to indicate the area is the Steve Lloyd wetlands. The secretary may accept and administer gifts and donations for the purpose of obtaining and installing such signs and observation deck.
