Text
In carrying out its functions and duties, the department shall cooperate and coordinate its activities with the state department of economic development and with all other state agencies and such municipal, county and township planning boards and commissions as are concerned with matters under the supervision of the department. The department may also cooperate and coordinate its activities with federal agencies and with other states.
All state agencies shall, upon request, furnish to the department, within a reasonable time, such available information as it shall require in the performance of its duties and functions.
The state department of transportation may construct, reconstruct, maintain and improve, in cooperation with and under the supervision of the department, access and service
