Text
The secretary of commerce is hereby authorized to negotiate and enter into contracts for promotional advertising services for the performance of the powers, duties and functions of the Kansas department of commerce. All such contracts shall be exempt from the competitive bidding requirements of K.S.A. 75-3739, and amendments thereto.
