§ 32-1179 — Peace officers' powers

Kansas·Ch. 32 WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION·Art. 11 BOATING AND WATER ACTIVITIES
Every peace officer of this state and its subdivisions or caretakers at federally impounded waters shall have the authority to enforce the provisions of this act and in the exercise thereof shall have the authority to stop and board any vessel subject to this act.
