Text
(a)All federal moneys received pursuant to federal assistance, federal-aid funds or federal-aid grant reimbursements related to boating or boating programs under the control, authorities and duties of the Kansas department of wildlife and parks shall be remitted to the state treasurer in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt of the remittance, the state treasurer shall deposit the entire amount in the state treasury and credit it to the boating safety financial assistance fund, which is hereby created, to be dedicated and used for the purposes authorized in K.S.A. 32-1173, and amendments thereto.
(b)No moneys derived from sources described in subsection (a) or (c) shall be used for any purpose other than the administration of matters that
