Text

(a)Motorboats subject to the provisions of this act shall be divided into four classes as follows: Class A. Less than 16 feet in length. Class 1. Sixteen feet or over and less than 26 feet in length. Class 2. Twenty-six feet or over and less than 40 feet in length. Class 3. Forty feet and over in length.
(b)Every motorboat in all weathers from sunset to sunrise shall carry and exhibit the following lights when under way, and during such time no other lights which may be mistaken for those prescribed shall be exhibited.
(1)Definitions.
(A)"Masthead light" means a white light placed over the fore and aft centerline of the vessel showing an unbroken light over an arc of the horizon of 225 degrees and so fixed as to present the light from the right ahead to 22.5 degrees abaft the beam on e
