§ 32-1064 — Licensing authority; duties

Kansas·Ch. 32 WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION·Art. 10 ENFORCEMENT
As used in the compact, the term "licensing authority," with reference to this state, means the Kansas department of wildlife and parks. The secretary of wildlife and parks shall furnish to the appropriate authorities of party states any information or documents reasonably necessary to facilitate the administration of the compact.
