Text
The board of directors shall submit any proposed sale of an airport facility owned by the authority or any proposed sale of a portion of an airport facility owned by the authority which would prevent such airport facility from being used as an airport, for approval by the qualified electors of the county at a primary or general election.
The board of directors may, on its own initiative, submit any proposed action of the board for approval by the qualified electors of the county at a primary or general election.
Such elections shall be otherwise called and held in the manner provided by the general bond law.
Whenever an election has been called in which all of the qualified electors of the county are eligible to vote, the board may also submit any proposed action of the board for approval
