Text

All contracts, leases, agreements, books and records of the authority shall constitute public books and records and shall be available for examination by the city and any of its officers, employees and agents during normal business hours. The authority shall cause an audit of its books and records to be conducted, at least annually, by an independent certified public accountant and the city shall be furnished copies of the report of such examination.
