Text

(a)All funds received under the provisions of this act and amendments thereto shall be remitted to the state treasurer in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt of each such remittance, the state treasurer shall deposit the entire amount in the state treasury to the credit of one or more funds designated by the secretary of administration for that purpose and in which the funds are not commingled with funds relating to any other programs or purposes.
(b)The director of accounts and reports may draw warrants upon those funds designated by the secretary of administration under subsection (a), in accordance with vouchers approved by the secretary of administration or the secretary's designee.
