Text

The surplus property officer shall make charges or assess fees for financing the administration of this act. Any charges made or fees assessed by the surplus property officer for the acquisition, warehousing, distribution, or transfer of any property of the United States of America for purposes of education, public health, or civil defense, or for research for any such purpose, or for any other purpose which may now be or hereafter become eligible under the act, shall be limited to those reasonably related to the costs of administration of this act and the cost of care and handling in respect to its acquisition, receipt, warehousing, distribution or transfer by the surplus property officer, and, in the case of real property, such charges and fees shall be limited to the reasonable administ
