§ 25-606 — Printing and posting of constitutional amendment resolution

Kansas·Ch. 25 ELECTIONS·Art. 6 OFFICIAL BALLOTS
Whenever a constitutional amendment is submitted to a vote of the electors of the state, the concurrent resolution under which the amendment is submitted shall be printed and, at least two (2) copies thereof shall be posted on the election date in each voting place where such election is held.
