§ 25-4712 — Subpoenas

Kansas·Ch. 25 ELECTIONS·Art. 47 HELP AMERICA VOTE ACT OF 2002 ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLAINT ACT
Subpoenas. The secretary of state may issue subpoenas for a witness or any material that is relevant to the administration of this act. The secretary of state may issue subpoenas to compel the attendance of witnesses and/or production of books, documents and records anywhere in the state in any hearing held under the provisions of this act.
