Kan. Stat. Ann. § 25-439 (2026).
Text
No mere informality in the manner of carrying out or executing the provisions of this act shall invalidate any election held under it or authorize the rejection of the returns thereof. The provisions of this act shall be construed liberally for the purpose of effectuating its purposes.
