Text
The county election officer shall not mail a ballot under this act to those electors not registered 30 days prior to the date of the election. Electors registered after 30 days prior to the date of the election, but prior to the closing of the registration books, may apply for a ballot under subsection (d) of K.S.A. 25-433.
