Text
Any person aggrieved by a determination made by the secretary of state or lieutenant governor with respect to recall of a state officer may bring an action to have such determination reviewed within thirty (30) days of the date on which notice of determination was given by action in the district court of Shawnee county or of the county of the legal residence of state officer.
