Text

Failure to file an affidavit of intent is the intentional failure to file an affidavit as required by K.S.A. 25-4173 or 25-4175 or failing to file the reports required by the campaign finance act after a change in intent as required by K.S.A. 25-4174 or 25-4176. Failure to file an affidavit of intent is a class A misdemeanor.
